Finding the perfect puppy can be harder than it sounds.  There are so many different breeds to choose from and thousands of breeders who offer them.  If you are like most people, you can just as easily fall in love with a free puppy in front of the grocery store as a $5,000 show quality puppy.  It's natural to want to take home a puppy that looks up at you with those big brown eyes and who you know could end up at the pound if you don't rescue it.  But it is important to consider many aspects of each breed, gender, temperament, history, and your own living situation and personal needs before adopting a new puppy into your family. 

At Perfect Puppy, I will do all of the research for you.  I will research local breeders in your area, within driving distance, and within shipping distance.  I will review your personal profile and assist you in determining which size, gender, or breed of dog would suit your needs, providing you with detailed information on breeds that match you the best.  I will research each puppy that meets your criteria and try to locate the best possible fit for you.  This means contacting local and national agencies who monitor breeders and keep records of penalties, contacting the breeder and gathering detailed information on each littermate, calling specific breed clubs, previous buyers and other references, etc.  I have an extensive knowledge of puppies, dogs, breeds, and common problems and misconceptions about dogs.  I have an extensive medical background and experience with canine medical issues, hereditary traits and predisposition to health problems.  I know what to ask and what to look for in a superior breeder and puppies.  I also am very resourceful...if I don't know it, I know where to find it.  Together we can find the perfect puppy for you!
